2016 Corporate Governance Forum – Insider Trading and Corporate Social Responsibility

In order to allow directors and supervisors of listed companies to have profound understanding and knowledge toward regulations and practice of insider trading and to promote the security and equity of securities transaction market, the Taiwan Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the TWSE) will hold 5 seminars with the title of “2016 Corporate Governance Forum – Insider Trading and Corporate Social Responsibility” in Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung. The first seminar will be held at the Taipei International Convention Center on January 26.
