Educational Seminars for “2016 Corporate Governance Evaluation”

To help investors to understand the importance of corporate governance and to enhance the level of corporate governance of Taiwan, Financial Supervisory Commission released “Corporate Governance Roadmap 2013". Conducting the corporate governance evaluation is an important action in this roadmap for shaping a culture of good corporate governance. The TWSE plans to direct all listed companies to gain in-depth knowledge on the contents of the corporate governance evaluation through these seminars. In addition, it aims to help companies strengthen corporate governance practices so as to improve Taiwan’s overall level of corporate governance and enhance the image and competiveness of Taiwan’s international capital market.
