The Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx) are jointly holding a grand award ceremony at the Taipei International Convention Center on June 16 to honor the companies ranked in the top 5% of the second round (Year 2015) of corporate governance evaluation, which will be 41 TWSE-listed and 31 TPEX-listed companies.
We are honored to invite Chairman of Financial Supervisory Commission Ding, Kung-Wha and CEO of Corporate Governance Center Michael Lin to give a speech at the ceremony on the developments of corporate governance and global trend of corporate social responsibilities. This event is open to all directors from listed companies in order to expand the involvement.
