To help investors and the public understand the corporate governance practice in Taiwan and further raise the standards and practices of Taiwan listed companies, the FSC has announced “Corporate Governance Roadmap 2013” and the conduction of “Corporate Governance Evaluation System” is one of the key initiatives. 
 
In order to help listed companies fully understand the indicators, scope of evaluation, methods of assessment, process of announcing results, and other related information regarding the evaluation system, TWSE and GreTai Securities Market will jointly conduct five educational seminars. We hope these seminars will not only assist companies in understanding the evaluation system, but also encourage the companies to implement higher level of corporate governance and further enhance Taiwan’s international corporate governance ranking and competitiveness in capital market.
