In response to the international sustainable development trend and improve the quality of information disclosure of TWSE and TPEx listed companies, both exchanges will jointly hold the “Publicity Conference on the Management of Sustainability Report Assurance Institutions” on the 11^th floor of the TPEx Multi-functional Information Media Area on Thursday, December 22, 2022 to explain the draft plan contents of the “Sustainable Development Roadmap” and “Directions for the Management of Assurance Institutions for the Sustainability Report of TWSE and TPEx Listed Companies,” and assurance institutions are welcome to sign up for the event.

 

In order to help ensure that assurance institutions are informed of the promotion policy and relevant regulations of the “Sustainable Development Roadmap,” the competent securities authority has been invited for further publicity and guidance on the relevant policy planning and future direction of the “Sustainable Development Roadmap and Information Disclosure Regulations” and will explain the draft contents of the “Directions for the Management of Assurance Institutions for the Sustainability Report of TWSE and TPEx Listed Companies” as well as the operational procedures for the recognition application of assurance institutions, with a view to assisting the assurance institutions in jointly guiding TWSE and TPEx listed companies to promote the greenhouse gas inventory work.
