In order to enable investors and corporations to be promptly warned of the latest developments to corporate governance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy, Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) states that a new ‘E-newsletter service’, launched by the Corporate Governance Center, is now available. The newsletter is set to release its first issue on March 16, with subsequent issues launched every month. It will also provide the option of a Chinese and/or English language version. The Corporate Governance Center’s website formally launched on September 25 of last year (2014). The site content contains an introduction to corporate governance and CSR, corporate governance regulations and guidelines, evaluation information, latest news, latest current affairs, events and publications, and statistics. By fully integrating all domestic corporate governance related information, the site serves as an information platform for searching corporate governance and CSR information.

TWSE states that users can go through “Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation’s” official website (www.twse.com.tw) or go to the “Corporate Governance Center’s” website directly, and click the “subscribe” button at the bottom of the page. The E-newsletter will consolidate information on corporate governance and CSR, as well as other important information. Through the monthly newsletters, subscribers will be able to get a grasp on the latest domestic and foreign corporate governance information, CSR dynamics and policy developments. For users seeking more information, the E-newsletters will also contain direct links to the Center’s website. In the future, past publications will also be made available for the user’s reference, located in the Corporate Governance Center website’s “Events and Publication” section.
 
The Corporate Governance Center will continue to complete and improve the usablility of the website whilst accelerating the update efficiency of corporate governance information so as to facilitate the inquiries of domestic and foreign investors, as well as people from various other sectors. By complying with the international trend of continuously reviewing and improving, the Corporate Governance Center aims to provide users with a higher quality service.
